The beginning

My name is Anna Chase, I'm a 29 year old woman struggling with many inner demons, the main one being my weight. I'm starting this blog to finally hold myself accountable for my actions when it comes to my weight loss. I will upload pictures of myself later. By first appearence you may think, she's not too fat or she's freaking out about nothing but to me my appearence has been the bane of my exsistance since I had my second child. All I want is too feel good about myself and live a long time for my children. Though I know just about nothing abou fitness or health I plan of educating myself  to the best of my ability:) you may see a lot of curse words or inappropriate humor on here and that's just me, I will not apologize for that. I'm ready to live the good life, the healthy life! So this is my journey to lose 30 lbs before I'm 30:)
